Warren Sapp Blames Evelyn Lozada In Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson Fight
Aug 27th

By Carter Maness
While the domestic dust-up between Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson and Evelyn Lozada has already caused it’s share of subsequent damage, including stitches, divorce proceedings and the likely end of Johnson’s professional football career, Johnson’s NFL buddy Warren Sapp has come to his defense. In a recent interview, Sapp accused Lazada of being the aggressor in the fight that led to her apparent head-butting and Johnson’s arrest for assault.
Sapp, a fellow Miami native, insinuated that holes in Lazada’s story imply that the public doesn’t know the full details. “When is the last time one of your homeboys called you and told you, ‘Let me tell you about this fight at the club last night where this guy and his girlfriend were walking by and he turned around and head-butted the girl.’ Never,” he said. “He’s taking the rap for it. We don’t do that. She did it.”
Sapp continued on the attack, essentially calling Lazada an empty, petty woman who depends purely on looks to get ahead in the world. “That’s a woman that is going to depend on her beauty for the rest of her life to open any door she wants to walk through,” he said. “And she’s going to do what to her forehead? I’m done. [Chad] is a bunch of fun and I am sorry this had to happen to him.”
Late last week, the “Basketball Wives” star was seen in public for the first time since the incident. She was wearing a hat, which covered her forehead almost entirely.
Johnson, who hasn’t exactly fought back after the arrest, has already lost his job with the Miami Dolphins, a television gig and an endorsement with Zico coconut water. His termination from the Dolphins was depicted on the HBO’s documentary series “Hard Knocks.”
Warren Sapp Doesn’t Believe “Ochocinco” Head-Butted Wife
Aug 26th
The public may never know the full story of what led to Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson’s arrest for alleged domestic violence, but Warren Sapp has offered up his theory.
The former football player told the Miami Times that Johnson’s reality-star wife, Evelyn Lozada, is to blame for the entire incident. “Come on, tell me the first and last name of a brother who head-butted someone,” he said, when asked if the Miami Dolphins used the incident to kick Johnson off the team.
According to Sapp the idea that Johnson would be so violent is pretty much preposterous. “When is the last time one of your homeboys called you and told you, ‘Let me tell you about this fight at the club last night where this guy and his girlfriend were walking by and he turned around and head -butted the girl.’ Never.”
In Sapp’s view, Johnson essentially took the fall for Lozada, who has a history of violent outbreaks, which have been captured on Basketball Wives. “He’s taking the rap for it,” Sapp continued. “We don’t do that. She did it. That’s a woman that is going to depend on her beauty for the rest of her life to open any door she wants to walk through, and she is going to do what to her forehead? I’m done. [Johnson] is a bunch of fun and I am sorry this had to happen to him.”
Johnson was held on ,500 for reportedly attacking his wife of only one month, following a verbal altercation. Lozada was taken to the hospital for her wounds, and filed for divorce days later. The couple’s reality show was also canned.
For his part, Johnson released a statement apologizing, and stating that he still loves Lozada.

Evelyn Lozada EMERGES On The Beach, Warren Sapp BLAMES Her For The DOMESTIC ABUSE
Aug 24th

Former Hurricanes defensive lineman Warren Sapp has voiced his opinion about the Evelyn Lozada/Chad Johnson fight and he’s taking Chad’s side and blames Ev for the dust up. Get the deets inside……….
Former footballer and Chad’s fellow Miami native Warren Sapp has thrown in his two cents about the Evelen/Chad fight and he’s actually insinuating that Evelyn was the aggressor in the fight. He told the Miami Times in an interview:
When is the last time one of your homeboys called you and told you, "Let me tell you about this fight at the club last night where this guy and his girlfriend were walking by and he turned around and headbutted the girl." Never. He’s taking the rap for it. We don’t do that. She did it.

Hmmm…. Warren has had his own domestic violece run in (charges were dropped back in 2010) and unsportsmanlike conduct situations while he was in the league.
Meanwhile,

Evelyn was spotted yesterday on the beach in Florida near the home where the incident happened. In one of the first pics to pop up since the fight, Ev rocks a hat so you can’t see her forehead, that supposedly is still covered in a big laceration from the headbutt
Sigh….I hope Iyanla can help with this situation.

”I’m Down With Rih-Rih”
Warren G. spoke up about the now-infamous photo of he, Rihanna and Snoop Dogg at Coachella. The photo was one of many that featured Rih-Rih (ahem) ‘enjoying herself’ at the festival, and Warren says it was all in fun. “I mean, we was just having fun,” Warren G told SOHH. “We were just hanging out after the show, you know, just chilling out. That’s it. It wasn’t nothing more than that. We were just having fun and happened to snap a cold picture. I don’t know who blasted it but I seen it and then I blasted it [online]. [laughs] I’m down with RiRi. I am down with RiRi. We’ve met a few times. I actually went to her birthday party and I told her happy birthday. It was a nice little private exclusive birthday party, it was dope. Then I had seen her at a charity event and we actually were supposed to link up and do some work. So hopefully we will get to. If people see this who are connected with Rihanna see this, tell her I’m ready to work. We’re gonna make a song called ‘Party Pooper.’ [laughs]” |
