After dropping her first single “V.S.O.P.,” K. Michelle is back with the second episode in her “Day in the Life” series. This time, the Memphis soulstress takes us behind the scenes of her “Rebel Against” campaign for Saving Our Daughters, a cause near and dear to her.
“I teamed up with Saving Our Daughters to just empower women on different things that might make them feel inferior, whether it might be violence, racism, or anything that they might be struggling or facing from day to day,” says K, whose debut Rebellious Soul drops July 30.
She bonds with women of all races during the photo shoot, wearing white and denim as she poses for the last shot of the day.

Fabolous has further delayed the release of his long-awaited album Loso’s Way 2. The Brooklyn native connected with Rap-Up fresh off the stage from a L.A. show on his “The Life Is So Exciting Tour” to make the announcement.
“We actually pushed back a little bit. We needed to handle some technicalities,” Fabolous explained. “We going to go about late July, I think either the 23rd or the 30th, but don’t get me to lying.”
This is unfortunate news for Fab’s fans, but on a positive note, the “Ready” rapper divulged tidbits of information on what listeners can expect to hear on the project.
“Just a little bit of growth. I’ma give you what I do and some collaborations here and there, but definitely some evolution as an artist, as a man, as a father, as a friend,” said Fabolous. “Just talking about some real sh-t and still doing what I do, giving you some witty lines, giving you some catchy stuff for the ladies. Just good music overall.”
The album will feature collaborations with Future, Young Jeezy, Rick Ross, Ne-Yo, 2 Chainz, and Trey Songz, who was present during the interview.
Loso’s Way 2 was originally slated to drop June 18 with Kanye West’s Yeezus, Mac Miller’s Watching Movies With The Sound Off and J. Cole’s Born Sinner. Now that day will be less strenuous on your pockets.

It’s Hit-Boy‘s birthday, and he celebrates by giving followers a gift in visual form. The treatment is for “Fan,” a track that originally appeared on his 2012 mixtape HITstory; however, we see the remix from All I Ever Dreamed Of brought to the small screen.
The producer/rapper connects with his Hits Since 87 clique for a photo shoot, but his attention gets diverted from the task at hand due to the beautiful photographer on duty. After locking eyes, Hit-Boy and the stunning woman slide off to the darkroom for a steamy rendezvous.
Meanwhile, 2 Chainz assumes cameraman duties and spits a verse full of witty lines at the same damn time.
The HS87 collective also provided a second video for a new record called “Nothin,” featuring Audio Push and B Mac the Queen, as a bonus. Be on the lookout for Hit-Boy’s solo debut, due out later this year on HS87/Interscope Records.
See “Fan” below and catch “Nothin” on the following page.

Hit-Boy celebrates his 26th birthday by releasing a video for his 2 Chainz-assisted single “Fan.” The Grammy-winning producer gets photo shoot fresh as he chills on set with a bunch of models. But there’s one special lady behind the camera who he has his eye on. 2 Chainz slides through, playing photographer as he smokes and delivers his verse.
The song (sans 2 Chainz) can be found on Hit-Boy’s debut HITstory, which dropped in August.
