Bodega x Saucony Elite G9 2013 Spring/Summer Collection

It was only a couple of months ago that Bodega and Saucony released a collaborative Elite G9 collection and now the Boston retailer and the American shoe company are back at it with another round of Elite G9 models. Back again is the G9 Shadow 5 and this time it’s joined by the G9 Control in two new colorways. The G6, like the last time around, come in a bold colorway that mixes plenty of clashing colors along with leopard print for a look all its own. The first G9 Control colorway is predominantly grey with hits of navy, purple and tan. The second G9 Colorway, a Bodega-exclusive, features a predominantly purple make-up with black, navy, orange, and camo elements along with a speckled and beige midsole. Dubbed the “Captain Purp” colorway, just 85 pairs will be released. Look for all three colorways in-store and online on May 4.
Head Porter Plus – Spring/Summer 2013 Collection | Available Now

The Spring/Summer 2013 collection from Head Porter Plus, the apparel arm of Yoshida & Co., stays true to the brand’s roots, highlighted by traditional looks constructed with obvious pride and care. In keeping with the warm weather season, there’s a bold print Hawaiian shirt to go along with the menswear essentials, which range from a blue oxford button-down to a cotton loopback knit crewneck in classic heather grey or royal blue. Additional standouts include a polka dotted black denim shirt and a chambray shirt embellished with cross stitch adornment, highlighted by details like chainstitch runoffs and genuine mother of pearl buttons. The collection is rounded out by a number of lightweight jackets, ranging from a two-tone nylon hooded parka to a camo print cotton jacket. Find the pieces in stock now at end clothing.

The Goodhood Store 2013 Spring/Summer “As Worn By” Lookbook by Clara Lacy

Often synonymous in many ways, music and fashion have long been close relatives of one another. Through the years, certain facets and trends within the fashion sector have become reflective and almost solely defined by a genre or category of music. While the lines have become more and more blurred in the digital age, there was a time when the type of music one listened to virtually defined how they dressed.
With their own ethos often influenced by various facets of music, UK’s The Goodhood Store has created a rather innovative and unconventional lookbook of items from their inventory. Inspired by a retrospective look back at musical subcultures and the fashions that defined them, The Goodhood Store executed a unique lookbook titled, “As Worn By.” Featuring sketches and artwork by Clara Lacy, the simple image set features key music icons such as Axel Rose, Ian Curtis, Kurt Cobain, Malcolm McClaren, and Henry Rollins wearing key styles from The Goodhood Store. The North Face – Spring/Summer 2013 Collection Lookbook | Video

While residents in California may not think twice about their living environment, for many Japanese people, it represents an all-American lifestyle that they have fallen in love with. The North Face Japan crew packed their bags and jumped on a plane to LAX, aiming to capture magical images for their lookbook. The tight-knit crew consisted of Neil Hartmann behind the video camera, Shunya Arai as a photographer, and stylist Ryoji Homma, who got together to create this beautiful Spring/Summer 2013 collection lookbook video. Titled Trip Your Travel, the short film follows a lone man on a journey through California.

Combining the realm of skate and surf together under one inspiration, the brand’s ongoing philosophy has been to present itself through a range of easily understood and relevant pieces. Representing one of hip-hop culture’s most enduring films, the graphic features Do The Right Thing-esque art direction with colette dropped front and center. NEIGHBORHOOD x Iolani Sportswear 2013 Spring/Summer Collection

In typical Japanese fashion, NEIGHBORHOOD tap a long-standing heritage brand to create a custom collection as they work together with Hawai’i's Iolani Sportswear. Outfitting the classic and iconic surfer Duke Kahanamoku among others over the course of the last half century, the capsule entails several pieces sharing a similar pineapple pattern in black, blue and yellow styles. The collection will be available at select retailers this season.
visvim 2013 Spring/Summer FBT AMDO-FOLK

visvim’s classic FBT boot is arriving this spring in a new AMDO-FOLK iteration that trades the trademark leather fringe for a fabric version. The unique moccasin hybrid features a blue suede upper with a white distressed fabric fringe running around the ankle collar. The fabric fringe features the painted “+” motif seen in some of visvim’s other offerings for the season and is attached to the shoe with blue suede ties. The FBT AMDO-FOLK is available now at visvim locations.
WTAPS 2013 Spring/Summer LEOPARD SNEAKER. COTTON. RIPSTOP.

WTAPS’ recurring leopard print motif returns for this seasons LEOPARD SNEAKER. The Japanese made midtop features a cotton “ribstop” upper with that classic olive leopard print. The upper features metal eyelets, contrasting white laces, a canvas lining and a branded heel tab. The shoe sits on a custom white vulcanized rubber outsole. Available in sizes Small, Medium, Large and X-Large instead of the traditional numerical sizing, the WTAPS LEOPARD SNEAKER can be found at Très Bien Shop.
