Azealia Banks Sets July Release for ‘Fantastic’ Mixtape, Maps Out Tour

Azealia Banks plans to infiltrate your summer with new music. In addition to her EP, the Harlem rapper has announced the release date for her mixtape Fantastic.
The outspoken MC will set off fireworks when the free project arrives on the Fourth of July, led by the single “Jumanji.” “Looks like the release date for the ‘FANTASTIC’ mix tape is JULY 4th !! YAY,” she tweeted.
Earlier this week, she revealed that her EP 1991 will be released digitally on May 29 and physically on June 12 featuring “212,” “Van Vogue,” and “Liquorice,” for which she recently reshot a video in the desert with director Rankin.
Before the year is over, she will drop her Interscope Records debut Broke With Expensive Taste and kick off a festival tour beginning with Hot 97′s Summer Jam on June 3. See dates below via Pitchfork.

Following up to his freebie 1977, Terius Nash, aka The-Drean, took to Twitter to announce the release date of his upcoming fourth studio album. On that note, the singer-songwriter will drop Love IV on August 14. Mr. Nash also had a few chosen words to send along as well.
LOVE IV is the BEST Album I’ve made. I don’t care what the sales will be. I will do my best to Challenge your Taste And Knowledge……. I will Leave no Holes in this Album Period, no room to be Hated only Adored or simply just say “you don’t fuck with me” but what U won’t….Say is Dream Album is Mediocre or Sucks. I will Never Be your Star I’m to G and to Westside for that. I will never Sellout Arenas…..Because Since Love Hate I didn’t Sellout! And no matter how much you hate me you got to Respect that! AUGUST 14.

New Album Coming September 4th
T.I. has been working on his upcoming album for several months, and fans can expect to hear the results of his labor early in the fall of 2012. The rapper revealed during an interview with Angie Martinez that his eighth album is currently slated to be released on September 4th. Trouble Man will be the Atlanta superstar’s first album since 2010′s disappointing No Mercy and is expected to be a semi-comeback album for the rapper, who’s career was put on hold as he served out a year prison sentence. The singles “Love This Life” and “Like That” have already been released. “Look forward to those summertime anthems that we’ve grown to love about T.I.,” he told Fuse of the project. |

Love IV MMXII will arrive on August 14, he announced via Twitter. The follow-up to 2010’s Love King features the single “ROC” as well as collaborations with Mary J. Blige (“Divine”) and Gucci Mane (“Paid”).
The Grammy-winning singer-songwriter channels R. Kelly on “Foreplay,” takes thinly-veiled shots at his R&B counterparts on “Talk That Shit,” and owns up to his flaws on “Ya’ll.”
