Now you can hear music just like Sosa. Chief Keef has revealed his new pair of custom headphones, the so called “Beats By Keef.” The rapper showed the red, white and blue pair on his Instagram with the caption “#MyBeatsInStoresNearYouSoon?”
A partnership between Keef and Beats is not surprising, given that other Interscope artists like Lady Gaga, Diddy have their own headphones with the Beats line.
The headphones may have come at the ideal time as it seems that Keef is facing some financial drama because of child support payments. TMZ reports that because the rapper allegedly pulls in “,000 a month,” adding that the courts have increased his child support payments substantially. “As a result, a judge ordered Keef to pony up ,600 a month in child support — based on his lucrative career — plus 0 in day care expenses and ,400 in previously unpaid support. A hearing is set for next month to finalize the amount,” said the gossip and news hub.
The teenager was sued for child support by his baby mama earlier this year when it was reported then that she was only in middle school.
Late last month, Keef took to Twitter to express missing his daughter Kay Kay. Global Grind reported that Keef tweeted, “I miss My child” with a crying emoticon.

If you were on Rap Twitter last night or this morning there’s a good chance you have come across the three or four 7 second Vine clips of Kanye’s performance at the Met Gala last night. In the first clip, tweeted out by A-Trak at around 11:00 p.m., Kanye is seen screaming “I Am (A) God”, which of course has long been rumored to be the title of one of his much speculated upon new songs from the as yet untitled new album everybody expects to drop on June 18th.
Well it turns out that at some point this week, Hudson Mohawke, one half of the duo TNGHT, previewed a couple of new Kanye joints during a DJ set he was playing at an unidentified location. Here are two clips from that set that weigh in at a about a minute each. The sound on both is utter shit, but you can still get the gist of both tracks.
