Tia Mowry-Hardrict DINES OUT With Husband Cory, OFFERS Advice On KEEPING The ROMANCE Alive
Apr 27th

Actress and mommy bloger Tia Mowry Hardrict was spotted dining out with her husband Cory in Hollywood yesterday. Find out where they went inside and see her tips for keeping the romance alive.

Actress Tia Mowry-Hardrict, who’ll be starring in the NickMom series "Instant Mom" was spotted leaving West Hollywood hotspot Craig’s last night.

Tia, who’s been married to Hollywood hearthrob Cory Hardrict (Lovelace, "Let’s Stay Together") for five years, posted a few tips on her lifestyle blog about keeping the romance alive. She said:
Go on unique dates: Crazy, adrenaline-rushing activities are so much fun to do with your significant other, but even a low key hike through a trail you’ve never been to before can get you out of a relationship rut.
Show your love: You might not think the little things matter once you’ve been together for a while, but they really do. Small things like flowers or handwritten notes really show your significant other you don’t take them for granted. It also helps remind you of the excitement you felt when your relationship first started.
Be verbal: A lot of times, all it takes is a couple of loving words here and there every day to keep a relationship strong throughout the years. Don’t be afraid to tell your significant other you’re proud of him, or love him, or that think he looks sexy after mowing the lawn!
Get sexy: After you’ve been with one person for awhile, it’s easy to fall into what I call the “sweats” rut. That is, you no longer feel like you have to impress them and start paying less and less attention to your appearance, and every day becomes a sweats and t-shirt kind of day. Now I’m definitely not saying that you need to be frantically hitting the gym everyday to keep the body you had 5 years ago, but it is important to remember to still make an effort sometimes.
And here’s what Tia ALSO suggests to keep things spicy:

First Lady Michelle Obama Covers VOGUE April 2013 Issue, Reveals What She’s Learned from Her Husband
Mar 14th

Our nation’s gorgeous First Lady, Michelle Obama, covers the April 2013 issue of VOGUE where she talked about her role as a mother and what she’s learned from President Obama. Read the highlights inside…..

First Lady Michelle Obama sat for the cover story in VOGUE Magazine’s April issue where she and President Obama revealed what they have learned from each other and why raising a successful family is their number one priority. And the pics are stunning as usual.
First Lady Obama on making family her priority:
Our job is, first and foremost, to make sure our family is whole. You know, we have small kids; they’re growing every day. But I think we were both pretty straightforward when we said, `Our No. 1 priority is making sure that our family is whole,’"
First Lady Obama on what she’s learned from President Obama:
"Well, patience and calm I’m borrowing. Or trying to mirror. I’ve learned that from my husband, that sort of, you know, ability to not get too high or too low with changes and bumps in the road. To do more breathing in and just going with it. I’m learning that every day. And to the extent that I’ve made changes in my life, it’s just sort of stepping back and seeing a change not as something to guard against but as a wonderful addition. . . that can make life fun and unexpected."

Easily our fave photo.
President Obama reveals what The FLOTUS has taught him:
"…What Michelle has done is to remind me every day of the virtues of order. “Being on time. Hanging up your clothes. Being intentional about planning time with your kids.”
President Obama explains their differences:
“We’re very different people, and some of that’s temperamental, some of it is how we grew up. Michelle grew up in a model nuclear family: mom, dad, brother. I had this far-flung family — father left at a very young age, a stepfather who ended up passing away as well. My mother was this wonderful spirit, and she was adventurous but not always very well organized.”
The April issue of Vogue hits stands March 26.
SETTING THE RECORD STRAIGHT: Deelishis SPEAKS OUT About “AGGRESSIVE ARGUMENT” With Ex…Is She Protecting ABUSIVE Ex Husband?
Mar 7th

Former reality TV star Deelishis stopped by Hot 107.5 in Detroit to talk about the "aggressive argument" that happened between she and her ex-husband, if she was attacked by strippers and that "leaping out the window" nonsense. Listen to the interview inside….
Reality TV vixen Deelishis has been all over social media recently as rumors about her being attacked by her ex-husband, Orlando Gordon, jumped by a pack of wild strippers and leaping out of a window have been repeated over and over. She stopped by Detroit’s Hot 107.5 recently to clear up the rumors and also call folks out for making fun of her and those serious issues….if they had "actually" happened.
Deelishis had a very warm rapport with Big Greg (the host) and it was pretty clear that she wasn’t going to go into details. So what did she reveal? She said for LEGAL purposes, she would only talk about what DID NOT happen. Here are the highlights:
On if she was/is a victim of domestic violence at the hands of her ex-husband:
When asked directly if she was a victim of domestic violence, she said "No." She said she could not go into detail about what happened, but she did describe the confrontation between herself and her ex-husband as an "aggressive argument." She went on to add that her ex-husband is a wild man from Detroit who does not want to see her with anyone else. BUT, according to Dee, he did not jump on her.
On if she jumped out of a second story window to escape her ex-husband.
She DID NOT jump out of a window.
On how she sustained her injuries:
She said she "fell" and had an accident while in her "cute" shoes. The fall did occur in the presence of her ex-husband but she made it clear that she DOES NOT owe the audience a full story about what happened. Even as an entertainer, she said what’s going on AND what happened between she and her ex-husband is THEIR business. She said she shares a lot on Twitter and Instagram with fans, BUT she also has the right to keep certain things private.
On folks making light of the incident:
“When something happens to a White artist–whether it’s a vixen, an actor, a singer, a dancer–they rally around even the craziest of entertainers. When something happens to a Black singer, rapper, dancer, vixen, model, it’s like you take it as a joke. What if this really happened? Is that funny? Is that something that you joke about?”
On being a survivor:
When she posted that she was a survivor, she said it was her way of telling fans that she has come though a few situations (e.g. a rough marriage, public ridicule, lies & rumors) and she’s still standing. She said she is not a domestic violence victim, but she was victimized by this incident.
On if she got beat up by a pack of strippers in Detroit?
"No. That didn’t happen"
On comedian Michael Blackson and how he responded to the incident:
Deelishis said that Michael is a comedian and the fact that he can make light of the incident means he WAS NOT harmed. She said, if he was harmed, he would be pressing charges. She added that she was embarrassed that he was around her when she had a domestic situation and she commended him for not pressing charges.
She added that of all the things that have been said about her over the years, this situation hurt her the most. She said she found it hurtful that gossips would take the incident and use it to ridicule and humiliate her.
She closed by repeating that she was not a victim of domestic violence and she was disappointed that her "fans" turned the incident into a joking matter. As she began calling out certain folks like Rickey Smiley and TMZ.
Before she left the interview, she talked about the good things going on for her like an upcoming comedy "Call Me Montana" with comedian Michael Blackson and she’s working on a new stage play with Kamal Smith called "The Ultimatum."

With all things said, this still seems like a good Made-For-Ratchet-TV-movie….

It’s one thing to make your cash with albums and tours but it’s a while other to lock in long term consistent money that comes whether you’re working or not. Singer/songwriter Beyonce knows the deal, so she just signed her own global publishing deal with a publishing powerhouse
It’s an honor to join Warner/Chappell Music and to continue working with my friend Jon Platt,” commented Beyoncé in the Warner/Chappell announcement release. “I trust his vision and admire his professionalism, and I look forward to our partnership.”
Jay-Z signed a similar deal for himself and his Roc Nation artists to gain compensation for their writing. Billboard reports:

….
Beyoncé is the latest high-profile addition to the Warner/Chappell roster. REALITY FAB: Toya Wright & Husband Memphitz SHOPPING New REALITY Show, “Mickey and Toya: The Wright Way”
Jan 13th

Toya Wright and Memphitz have plans to head back to reality tv. Again. Find out what their new show will be about inside.
Author Toya Wright is heading back to reality televison with her husband Memphitz (or at least they hope to be). Toya, who starred on two BET reality shows, "Tiny and Toya" and "Toya: A Family Affair", is pitching a new show that will focus on her and Memphitz launching a new business (we’re sure "The Real Mistresses of ATL" is somewhere in that portfolio) and its impact on their marriage.
The show will be called "Mickey and Toya: The Wright Way". Even though it hasn’t been picked up yet, with the number of reality tv crews stationed around ATL the and networks willing to cash in on folks with a built-in urban market, we’re sure it’s only a matter of time.
And we’re wondering if Memphitz will use this as a platform to tell his side of the story regarding K. Michelle?
Also…

In the meantime, Memphitz is filming with the cast of BET’s "The Game", but they can’t spell his name right! He posted to Instagram, "Chilling in My Trailer: (The Game) Lol Spelled My Name Wrong but it’s Still Wright. I’m Ready! *MeMpHiTz*"
Toya & Memphitz say they’re shopping the show to BET, Oxygen and a few other places. But y’all already know where this ish will end up.
This ought to be interesting….

Shannon Brown May Have Been DMing Another Woman
R&B star Monica may have some house-cleaning to do. According to Bossip, her husband Phoenix Suns player Shannon Brown may have some skeletons in his closet; as a woman claiming to be a former jumpoff from 2011 posted several old DM messages on Instagram that she claim are from Brown. No one seems to know why Corie Zenobia is only now putting Shannon on blast two years after-the-fact. Monica and Shannon Brown were married back in 2010. Who knows if the singer knew about her husband’s extra-curricular activities, but if she did, it seems like they worked through that madness the old fashioned way. Out of the public eye. |

Pregnant Woman Blames Husband For Obama Win, Runs Him Over [VIDEO]
Nov 14th
There have been several different reactions to Mitt Romney losing the presidential race. Romney bowed out gracefully, giving a classy speech, then cutting off the credit cards of his campaign workers before they could make it home— but others have handled the defeat much differently.
Holly Solomon ran her husband over believing that his decision not to vote helped President Obama win a second term. The 28-year-old mother-to-be was arrested Saturday (Nov. 10) after she was left with no choice but to attack, since her husband must be the sole reason why the president was voted back into office. “He got out of the car and she was screaming at him,” said a witness. “And he started walking away and she started driving in circles around him and she wouldn’t let him go so finally took off to try to get away and she ran into him.”
A police spokesperson revealed that Solomon “believed her family was going to have hardship,” under for more years of Obama.
Medical workers responding to the scene said Solomon’s husband was pinned under the vehicle when they showed up. Her plan was to “scare” him by running him over (which may have worked).
Solomon has been charged with domestic violence. Her husband is in critical condition at the Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn Medical Center.

First Lady Michelle’s FAB Anniversary Dinner Date With Mr. President, Reveals Why She DOESN’T NAG Her Husband
Oct 9th

The First Lady knows how to keep her man happy. They’ve been married for 20 years afterall. Check out what FLOTUS Michelle Obama has to say about keeping The President’s home life hapy, not nagging him with her own opinions, and keeping politics separate from their relationship.
Plus, find out how the Presidential twosome spent their belated 20th anniversary celebration…
In a 3-part series, kicking of tonight, on ABC’s "Nightline", First Lady Michelle Obama, speaking to anchor Cynthia McFadden (pictured above) from the White House, gives viewers an intimate look into life in the East Wing. And Mrs. O says she purposely stays out of the West Wing. Here’s a few highlights of the FIrst Lady speaking on keeping her home life happy:
On not nagging the President with her own opinions
"In a job like this, the last thing the president of the United States needs when he walks in the door to come home is someone drilling him and questioning him about the decisions and choices that he’s made. There are definitely times when I may feel something, but I’ll hold back because I know he’ll either get to that on his own or it’s just not time."
On keeping her husband’s politics separate from her own issues she pushes for
"I rarely step foot in the West Wing. In fact people are shocked when they see me there. I rarely walk in that office because the truth is he’s got so many wonderful advisers. He’s got a phenomenal cabinet. He’s got people who are in the trenches on these issues every single day and I’m kind of stepping in and out and I’ve got my own set of issues. So I don’t even have the kind of expertise and the time in to be able to provide the kind of advice and guidance that he’s already getting."
On preserving family time with First Daughters Sasha & Malia
"One of the things that Barack and I try to do in our lives which I think is one of the reasons our family is so whole, is that we make sure family is family — it’s not this sort of quasi-business relationship. We really do — we’re two people who love each other and put a lot of our energy into our kids and into our family unit,"
On losing all reservations about how Obama’s Presidential run would affect their family
"In the end, Barack, our family is priority for him, and I knew that if I said no he wouldn’t do this. And then I had to think of whether I would want to be responsible for not having somebody like Barack you know, someone with his level of intellect, his honesty, his compassion, his vision. Would I want to be the one who stood in the way of this person potentially running this country? And I couldn’t do that, because then I had to think beyond myself and my family and I had to think of sort of the broader benefits that this country could gain from his leadership."
Part 1 of the interview airs tonight on ABC at at 11:35 p.m. ET.
And the Presidential twosome made some time to celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary this past Saturday. It was a belated fete as he actual anniversary date fell on the date of the first debate last Wednesday. But the First Couple made up for it:

They wined and dined at the fabulous Bourbon Steak at The Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, D.C. Executive Chef Adam Sobel tweeted his excitement about his wishes coming true that he could finally host FLOTUS & POTUS. And he tweeted a peek at their menu:

Sweet! Congrats to the Obamas on 20 years! Check out more pics of the swanky restaurant HERE.
