”I Am More Popping Than Him”
Drake addressed his beef with Chris Brown during an interview that aired on East Village Radio. The Young Money star made it clear that he isn’t concerned with the controversial singer. âI make better music than him. I am more popping than him,” he said. âHis insecurities are the reason I make better music than him.â He also referenced his time with Brown’s then-ex, now-current girlfriend Rihanna. “At one point the woman he loves fell into my lap. I did what a real n***a would do. I treated her with respect,” Drake said. “It’s not me and Kendrick, it’s not me and Hov. You’re not gonna get anything out of it. I don’t want to hear that man rap. No one wants to hear me rap against him. I really do this sh*t. You’re not even going to get anything out of it.” |
Lil Wayne Still In The Intensive Care Unit

Lil Wayne’s health is still shaky. The YMCMB rapper was admitted to the hospital for a suspected codeine overdose six days ago, and remains in the intensive care unit.
TMZ reports that the “No Worries” rapper’s condition has not improved enough to be moved out of the ICU. Doctors at Los Angeles’s Cedars-Sinai hospital are monitoring him closely after he was admitted last Wednesday (March 13) after another seizure and a suspected sizzurp drinking binge overdose.
Reportedly, Weezy’s stomach had to be pumped three times to remove the drugs from his system. On Friday night, TMZ reported that Tunechi was on the brink of death, which was vehemently denied by friends and family including Young Money president Mack Maine and Atlanta rapper T.I.
In the days since the announcement of his ill health, Weezy has a had a steady stream of visitors including NBA point guard Chris Paul and his YMCMB family (Drake, Nicki Minaj and Birdman).
Lil Wayne’s new album, I Am Not A Human Being 2, is due in stores March 26. At the top of the month, Tunechi announced that he was postponing a scheduled European tour to finish the album. There is still no word if his current health concerns have affected the release of the project.

Lil Wayne Could Care Less About Uncle Luke’s Opinion Of Him [VIDEO]

Lil Wayne is still on his honesty tour. Late last week, the rapper called into Miami’s 99 Jamz, to talk about sleeping with Chris Bosh’s wife, and blasting the entire Miami Heat team. The move resulted in a blog post from Miami native Luther “Uncle Luke” Campbell.
Campbell called for Rick Ross to put Weezy in line, and when asked about the rant, and backlash from the city, the New Orleans native didn’t really care. “I can’t change nobody’s personal opinion. I can’t change nobody’s personal view,” he said. “I can just keep doing what I do and keep putting food on the table for my family and that’s what I’m going to do, no matter what.”
Although he hasn’t read Campbell’s commentary, Wayne is aware of how the former 2 Live Crew leader, and others in the city, feel about him. “Ever since I got out here there were billboards saying ‘Lil Wayne go back home,’ and I never did anything.”
Felicia Monet, the DJ interviewing Wayne, denied ever seeing said billboards.
Backlash or no backlash, Wayne has no plans of leaving Miami, because it has too much to offer. “This is Miami, I can’t move. Ya’ll got the best skate weather ever, down here. The main thing I really want to get out there is that I do apologize for the misunderstanding to the city of Miami. I love everyone here, it’s just I’m passionate about sports and I felt very disrespected, that’s all. I felt very, very, very disrespected.”

”I’m Not Into All That…”
Lil Wayne isn’t an “American Idol” fan. Despite the fact that he supports his Young Money protege Nicki Minaj in her turn as a judge for the popular singing competition, Weezy says the show isn’t his thing due to all of the dramatics. And he says that Nicki knows it. “When I talk to her she’s always tells me, ‘You don’t wanna watch that, you’re not going to be into it,’ ” he told the Associated Press, referencing Nicki’s notorious feud with fellow judge Mariah Carey. “She knows me. … It’s kind of like a catfight where they be going back and forth type of thing, I’m not into all that.” |
SHAWTY LO: ‘I Take Care Of ALL My Babies’ Mamas!’

Shawty Lo is letting folks know he takes care of his. All ten babies’ mamas and 11 kids. Is this an effort to save his upcoming reality show–which is possibly on the chopping block before it even starts?

With his Oxygen show "All My Babies’ Mamas" catching scorching hot heat before it starts. Shawty Lo is speaking about the controversy.
The show was reportedly going to portray how the "Dey Know" ATL rapper lives his day to day life with the 10 women who are the mothers of his 11 children. People went ape sh*t about the horrible example this portrayed for the black community, especially when Shawty could barely remember the names of all his kids in one preview scene.
It’s hard to believe one man–with about 1 mainstream hit–could properly care for eleven small children. Which is why this show seemed to be a set up for foolery. Hence, the labels of the baby mamas:
Sigh. But Shawty says he takes care of his. Except for that one "difficult" baby mama. He told MTV:
"I take care of all my kids. … Outta all the 10 baby mamas, I just have problems outta one. That’s it," he said. "She has two kids by me, and she feel like I’m supposed to do more for her kids, and she don’t wanna work. She just want me to straight take care of them, but it’s all love. I handle it."
Of course. He went on to say some men with only 1 child barely take care of theirs, but he’s doing what he’s supposed to for all 11. Both financially and emotionally:
"It’s a lot of fathers don’t take care of one; I gotta deal with 11. I gotta deal with nine girls and two boys."
"Even if you ain’t got the money, you gotta be a father to your child. You need to be in your child’s life, ’cause that means a lot to them. Comin’ up, we didn’t have Thanksgiving, we didn’t have Christmas, but if I had my father there, if I even had my mother there, I probably wouldn’t have been that person I was in the streets."
He also blames his "big drug money fame" and thirsty women for how he got into this situation:
"I came to be one of the largest drug dealers to come from Atlanta, Bankhead area and I started havin’ kids. When the money came, a lot of women came," he said, estimating he was a millionaire by the time he turned 21. "Once you feel like a girl was your girlfriend or whatever, the rubber probably came off," he said candidly. "They wouldn’t have an abortion. They used to take the money and run with it, and they’d have a baby by the most popular guy in the street, and that’s how I had all them kids."
Alrighty then. He seems to avoid taking responsibility for his situation saying, "You can hate all you want to, I didn’t ask for it. It just happened."
Taking off a condom doesn’t "just happen." It’s something that was done. But we digress. Check out his video interview with MTV below:

Diddy was spotted having a little aquatic fun with three of his kids in St. Barts yesterday. Diddy’s day care was in full force on the yacht. See the fun games they played inside…
Sean Combs and his kids were seen taking a swim while on holiday in St. Barts yesterday.
Along with his twin daughters, Diddy, Quincy and Christian spent the day swimming and playing on inflatable trampolines and toys. Must be nice to be a Combs kid.
Diddy didn’t want to miss a moment of the fun so he took a few pics of the kids playing on top of his yacht Oasis in the hot tub.
The proud papa later hit the ocean on his propeller toys and tweeted about his exciting day saying, "I love seeing them happy."

Infamous video starlet Kat Stacks, who’s became famous for exposing the details of her sexual conquests in the hip hop game, may get to remain in America after all. Back in 2010, Kat was detained in Kentucky on an immigration hold and was seriously close to being deported back to Venezuela.
And once behind bars, her past came back to haunt her as her notorious sexual exposes didn’t make her the best candidate for citizenship. But after a two-year court battle, and her apologies to the court for her behavior, things are looking up for Kat (who’s now going by the name Andrea Herrara). Her deportation order was halted and she’s expecting to be released soon.
She used her Twitter account to thanks President Obama, her senator, and her law firm for working tirelessly to get her out.
It seems like Andrea has turned over a new leaf and we won’t hear anymore tales from her bedroom….

Stacey Dash and actor Wesley Jonathan both made revelations over the weekend. Wesley admitted that he is a "cheater" while Stacey admitted that she supports Mitt Romney. But it’s her reasons (or lack thereof) that have folks talking. Deets inside…..
Actress Stacey Dash became a trending topic and irked a few fans and followers yesterday after she tweeted her support for Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney.
She posted a pic of herself wearing a "Baywatch" styled red swimsuit while standing in front of the American flag with a very prominent "R" on display. Her tweet said Mitt Romney was the choice for the future. But when a follower made a negative comment about her choice, she lashed out saying Mitt had "bigger balls" than the follower.
Although her "balls" comment was deleted, we wondered if Stacey was being held hostage or something because her tweets & nastiness seem….a little forced. And unlike her. Was she paid to do this? She defended her words by Tweeting:
My humble opinion… EVERYONE is entitled to one.
But pretty soon, Romney supporters were popping up all over her timeline spreading their message and boosting Stacey’s popularity.
Is this a publicity stunt? Or is Stacey really just voicing her politics? We’re all for celebs voicing their political opinions–for any candidate–but when you say things like "WOMEN are tired of Obama’s disappointments, when it’s Mitt who blatantly said he wants to repeal SEVERAL women’s rights and healthcare, it screams foolish. Have your beliefs, but be able to back them up properly and have educated opinions.
Actor Wesley Jonathan had something to say too……
"Soul Man" star Wesley Jonathan dished about a few of his exes saying, "I’ve made mistakes, I’ve cheated." On the VOH episode, ‘Cheating In Relationships,’ he revealed how men can cheat saying, “We can separate our loins from our hearts and mind…women can’t.”
But how do you explain "Why" men cheat? He said about his own mistake, "I at the moment thought that something for that moment was stronger than what I already had but it wasn’t cause its for that moment…anything new seems great.
Hmmm.We’ve heard this before. Your thoughts?
