Air Jordan 1 Retro ’94 “Anthracite”
Jan 24th
Over the past few years, Jordan brand has introduced a new breed of retro’s that has taken the sneaker community by storm. It began with the Son of Mars, and now JB has taken it even further by infusing different elements of some of their other classic silhouettes to produce big hits like the Air Jordan 1 Retro ’97 and Air Jordan 1 Retro ’95. In their latest mashup dropping this weekend, the original Air Jordan 1 and its Air Jordan 10 counter part have been brought together to form the Air Jordan 1 Retro ’94. This retro sneaker combines the classic wings logo and herringbone outsole of the Jordan 1 with the signature tongue and elastic band lacing system of the Jordan 10. The shoe features an anthracite upper with pops of gym red that give it fresh clean look.
The Air Jordan 1 Retro ’94 “Anthracite” drops this Saturday at House of Hoops by Foot Locker and Footlocker.com (starting at 8:00 am EST) for $ 130. Check out the Launch Locator to see which stores will have this release and let us know what you think of the shoe in the comments.
Air Jordan 1 ’94 “Bobcats”
Jan 10th
Along with the Air Jordan 10 receiving the “Bobcats” treatment is the Air Jordan 1 ’94 — a hybrid of the Air Jordan 1 and 10 silhouettes. The Charlotte Bobcats uniform colors consist of Wolf Grey (which can seen on the shoe’s upper), Powder Blue (incorporated on the branding) and Atomic Orange (spotted on the outsole and graphic print inner lining). The Air Jordan 1 ’94 borrows the lining and tongue trim made famous on the Jordan 10.
Available in stores and online Saturday.
