With the 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup set to tip off across the pond in Spain at the end of the month, international basketball will take center stage before the start of the NBA season. Despite a wild NBA off season that still has the potential to get crazier – the international basketball scene has had a number of attention grabbing story lines out of USA Basketball camp – both good and bad. On Thursday a four pack of Nike Hyperdunk 2014s will drop that pays tribute to four meccas of American basketball: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Washington DC. Each city assumes a different two toned colorway that includes a gradient color change from front to back as well as black speckles all over the Hyperfuse upper and Lunarlon midsole. To find out which store near you will carry the shoe and if that store will implement the sweepstakes ticket procedure, please visit the Foot Locker Launch Locator.
The New York and Chicago models will be released as a high top Hyperdunk 2014 for $ 140 while DC and LA are both Hyperdunk 2014 Lows for $ 130. Take a look at the colorways below and let us know which city you put on for.

Though the World Cup as most people know it only takes place every four years in a select host country – the four years of qualifying that teams must go through to reach the final tournament makes the World Cup the largest single-party sporting competition in the world. The 2014 tournament begins next week, on June 12, when host nation Brazil kicks the tournament off in their match against Croatia. Over the next month, 32 of the world’s top teams will take on each other all around Brazil for the chance to be crowned World Cup champs. Thankfully, you won’t have to travel all the way to Brazil to pick up your World Cup jerseys and merchandise from Nike, adidas, and Puma – we’ve got it all at Foot Locker. The Summer 2014 Nike N7 collection celebrates the perseverance of N7 ambassadors and athletes everywhere, combining the strength and beauty represented in nature with insights and storytelling that reflect Native American and Aboriginal culture.
The designs incorporate elements from the great outdoors—mountain, sky and flora—-with the triangles of the N7 mark, which is comprised of three arrows pointing back to signify past generations, three arrows pointing forward to signify future generations, and an arrow in the center to represent the current generation. The natural elements are juxtaposed with the geometric shapes of the N7 mark to convey both movement and balance. All of the designs are reflected on a modern black and white background with turquoise, a color symbolic of friendship in Native cultures.
Check out some of the footwear and apparel available in the both men’s and women’s starting Saturday, May 17th at select Foot Locker stores and Footlocker.com.

As the weather starts to heat up, so should your style. And as always we’ve got you covered with the hottest apparel and footwear in the game. Legendary brands like Nike, Adidas, Jordan and Puma never fail to disappoint with their classic designs, but newcomers like Fly Society, American Stitch, Rocksmith, Invisible Bully and Hustle Gang have been able to hold their own matched up against the veterans. Hudson continues to push the envelope with their avant-garde design sensibilities and create some of the most interesting pieces on the market. Pair any pair of kicks with Stance’s vibrantly awesome socks and you’ve got nothing less than recipe for greatness. However it’s something about the classic status Levi’s holds that allows them to fit with any outfit.
The Nike Air Flightposite 2014 will drop this weekend in a white/royal blue-team orange colorway that is the modern version of a colorway made popular by former Knicks shooting guard, Allan Houston. The newest Air Flightposite sports a wavy white Foamposite wrapped upper. Royal blue takes care of the lace collar as well as the flap that covers the laces themselves – a very 90′s feature from an era that constantly experimented with the definition of what a basketball shoe could look like. While the shoe is made up of a mostly white and blue, hints of team orange surrounding the two Nike Swoosh logos on the front of the sneaker add a special pop to an already clean looking shoe.
This Nike Air Flightposite 2014 “White/Royal/Orange” drops on Saturday, May 3rd at Foot Locker and House of Hoops by Foot Locker stores and at Footlocker.com (starting at 8:00 a.m. EDT) for $ 210.
