Want To Open for Drake on his Club Paradise Tour?

Drake is offering a great opportunity for up-and-coming artists as he offers them to join French Montana, 2 Chainz, Meek Mill, J. Cole, and Waka Flocka Flame as an opener on the summer edition of his Club Paradise tour. Drizzy teamed up with OurStage, and Real Hip Hop Network for this contest. Entries can be submitted at OurStage until May 11, followed by a voting by fans will take place through May 15 to “assist in choosing the winner.” The winner will be chosen by Drake, Real Hip Hop, and OurStage from the 100 artists who garner the most votes and will appear on 20 dates of the tour. Nelly Furtado – Big Hoops (Bigger The Better)

It appears that size does matter for Nelly Furtado. On that note, the Canadian songstress is making her official comeback to the music scene with her new video “Big Hoops (Bigger The Better)” off of her upcoming new album The Spirit Indestructible. In accordance with the song’s title, Ms. Furtado is grooving to the Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins-produced song on stilts through the streets of Los Angeles. The clip wa helmed by Little X, who previously worked with her on the video for “Promiscuous.” Watch the clip above and be on the lookout for more material (including a collaboration with Nas) from the LP, due June 19, to drop soon.
HYPETRAK TV: Major Lazer’s London Incursion

With a new album on the horizon and a recent change up in their live roster, Major Lazer embarked on a headline tour across Europe in April to showcase new tracks from the LP and a whole new live show. Featuring Major Lazer mainstay Diplo and new additions Jillionaire and hypeman MC Walshy Fire, the collective alongside supporting act Toddla T touched down at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire to lay on a heavy dose of dancehall-reggae-electro-laced bedlam to the sold-out capacity crowd. HYPETRAK were on hand to document the undertakings which continued into to the night at London club Cable for the after-party laid on by Red Bull Music Academy.
