The Nike Roshe Run series throws a curveball by releasing a Suede version rather than the usual mesh construction of the shoe. Dressed in a combination of Velvet Brown, Sand Dune, Volt and Metallic Gold, the technical design aspects of the sneaker remain the same. The upper of the shoe has a fancy touch of gold on the Swoosh and a cream colored/off white sole. Built with a cushy midsole and premium upper that can be worn with or without socks, dressed up or down, or just for walking and taking it easy.

This week, Jordan Brand debuts the eighth iteration in Chris Paul’s signature shoe. The Jordan CP3.VIII brings a sleek, minimalist aesthetic to a shoe designed to deliver maximum performance, speed and responsiveness to the court. Chris Paul is incredibly involved in the design process of the shoe, and works closely with Jordan Brand designers to create a shoe that is made specifically for his game. Paul asks designers to incorporate elements that give him an edge over his opponents, similar to a superhero’s kit with concealed secret weapons.
Beyond the shoe’s performance elements, the CP3 signature line has always featured personalized touches, helping distinguish Paul’s game-day footwear. The Jordan CP3.VIII continues that trend, with a family tree detailed on the inside of the tongue, complementing the traditional chevron design that pays tribute to the patriarchs of the Paul family.
The new Jordan CP3.VIII will be available starting Wednesday, November 5th on Footlocker.com (starting at 8:00 a.m. EST) and will arrive in stores this weekend for $ 130. Three colorways will be available this week: ‘Black/White/Infrared’ (which you can see below), ‘Teal/Pink/Black’ and ‘Cool Grey/Black/White.’ Kids full family sizes will also be available.
The Nike Air Command Force first burst on the scene in 1990 during a golden age for hoops. This time was marked by signature silhouettes with features as big, bold, and striking as the icons who laced them on the court. Over two decades later, the sneaker that defined an era of basketball excellence makes its long-awaited return to the streets. A leader of the Force lineage, the Air Command Force kept big men on top of their game with maximum support and impact protection. The elevated design is also recognized for its vibrant color schemes, making it impossible to ignore from the hardwood to Hollywood.
The Air Command Force returns this Saturday, November 8th in true form, complete with its fully-functional Air-Fit System. The system consists of an inflatable Air bladder placed in an anatomically correct position behind, above and below the ankle. The Air-Fit System can be inflated by pressing the bladder located on the lateral side of the shoe, and deflated to create a desired fit and feel by depressing the valve cylinder on the heel.

The Nike Air Command Force are big, bad and bold high-tops that are back like they never left. Truly feeling like a vintage sneaker, the shoe was initially released in 1990 during a golden age for hoops. Pushing cultural relevance even further, the kicks were popularized the character Billy Hoyle played by Woody Harrelson as seen in “White Men Can’t Jump”. In addition to that, the performance aspects are not to be overlooked: the shoe’s pump technology was Nike’s answer to Reebok back in 1991. All-in-all, the vibrant color scheme of the Nike Air Command Force make it impossible to ignore from the hardwood to Hollywood.

Playing a pivotal part in Nike’s Flax Collection, the iconic Air Max 1 employs a flax aesthetic with flax-colored uppers, gum soles, and boot-inspired laces. All three sneakers in this collection follow this same colorway and use of nubuck material. The Nike Air Max 1 is specifically notable because it’s a departure from the Infrared colorway we’re used to seeing it in. The sneaker’s Autumn-inspired palette features an earthy baroque brown midsole that pairs with its classic gum bottom.
