”Seeing Her Walk Down the Aisle…”
Wiz Khalifa has only been officially married for a short while, but the Pittsburgh rapper has been basking in the glow of his wife Amber Rose since the two linked up in early 2011. The hip hop star was asked about the most memorable moment from he and Rose’s wedding, and he didn’t hesitate to deliver an answer.
“Probably the first dance with me and Amber,” Wiz told MTV. “Seeing her walk down the aisle … was just mind-blowing.”
The couple was legally married in July, but didn’t hold a wedding ceremony until last week in Wiz’s hometown of Pittsburgh.
Big Sean released his sophomore album, Hall of Fame, yesterday (August 27) and commemorated the occasion by treating a fans to a free concert at Terminal 5 in New York City.
The event was done in collaboration with The Source magazine, who selected the Detroit rapper to appear on one of two covers of this year’s Power 30 issue. Sean performed a set of old hits and fresh tracks from his new LP.
He also had a trio of special guests. Wiz Khalifa and Juicy J represented Taylor Gang, but before they graced the stage, the 25-year-old brought out his father to share the special moment.
Throughout the night, the G.O.O.D. Music MC took the time to express his deepest gratitude to those in attendance and anyone who’s supported him by purchasing a project or going to a show.
See the footage of Big Sean and his father below. More video and photos from the night can be found on the following pages.
For GANT by Michael Bastian’s 2013 fall/winter collection the American menswear brand drew inspiration from the 20th century illustrator Norman Rockwell with the name “In Stockbridge” referring to the small New England town in which the American artist lived as well as worked in. He is best known for his sentimental paintings that frequently graced the cover of The Saturday Evening Post depicting a romanticized American culture with real life scenarios. Also known for its heritage, GANT chose to rework a slew of classic garbs tweaked through the contemporary eye of Michael Bastian with Rockwell’s iconic characters serving as a huge influence. A deep color palette of navy, olive, army beige and oatmeal is highlighted with burgundy, teal, forest green and dark moss accents. Bastian chose to further its Americana aesthetic with utilitarian fabrics that include a chino cotton, corduroy, Shetland wools, cotton flannels and heavy oxford shirting. GANT and Rockwell aficionados alike can grab a closer look at the collection as well as purchase a few choice items here.
“LOST” & FOUND: Lamar Odom Makes A RUN For The BORDER….To Taco Bell, Then BACK Home To Khloe Kardashian!
Lamar Odom was spotted making a run for the border today (and by making a "run" we mean Taco Bell). See pics of Lamar placing his order and get the latest updates on his recovery and marriage…..
Lamar Odom, whom we told you did not attend Clippers practice yesterday as he was no re-signed, was spotted wearing his wedding ring while making a run earlier today.
We know when you are accused of having a drug problem that making a "run" can have several meanings, but we’re happy to report that Lamar’s "run" was to the local Taco Bell near the home he shares (and recently returned to) with wife Khloe Kardashian. His agent said this week he was NEVER missing and Khloe knew the whole time where he was (reportedly in a nearby hotel working out those drug issues), but TMZ maintains he was. Hmm.
Although tons of photographers gathered around his Mercedes Benz truck and pelted him with questions like "Are you addicted to crack cocaine?", Lamar maintained his composure and waited for his nachos and other food items. (Watch him get harassed by the cameramen here).
And how did a cameraman get INSIDE the Taco Bell…just in time… (top pic) to take a pic from the drive thru angle? Staged? Hmmmm…
It’s worth mentioning that Khloe Kardashian was spotted wearing her wedding band yesterday as well, so it looks like the couple are working through both their marital woes and addiction issues. Good luck.
monster-in-law mother-in-law is likely getting her show "Kris" cancelled after its six-week test. Several sources are reporting Fox has decided not to pick up the show due to abysmal ratings. And the one day of decent ratings–Kanye‘s finale show–isn’t a good enough indication that a whole season would perform similarly.

Rapper Sentenced To Probation
Veteran hip hop star Too $hort has reportedly cut a deal with prosecutors to avoid doing time for running away from the police during a DUI arrest earlier this year. The rapper only received three years probation as opposed to being sentenced to any jail time.
$hort pleaded no contest to driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher and all other charges were dismissed.
Too $hort’s lawyer was able to get him the deal despite the fact that the Bay Area native has multiple prior DUI arrests. In addition to his three years of probation, Too $hort has to pay fines and attend alcohol education classes.
Hidden for almost 30 years in the attic of a former adidas Technical Director, the City Marathon PT prototype was discovered last year while the 90-year-old was moving out of his house. Now that the classic design has been recovered, it is ready to come back to life this fall. Featuring adidas’ patented Dellinger Web technology to cushion each stride, the iconic sneaker acts like a trampoline by adding spring to each step. Coming back in three timeless styles, the vintage silhouette takes on Berlin, Chicago, and New York. A 42.195km branding honors long-distance racing and adds detail, as the number represents the distance it takes to finish a marathon course.

“Obsessive Perfectionists” isn’t a new psychoanalytical term, rather it is a general description for designers at Nike. You can easily spot them on the company’s Beaverton campus. They are usually that dreary bunch in the cafeteria, never content about any designs, be that Nike’s own or competitors’. But what you won’t find them doing is sitting around complaining. Instead, they’re constantly hurrying between workstations, the Innovation Kitchen, new material suppliers, and production facilities oversea, all for the process of discovering that “next best thing.” Such was the route that led to the new Nike Tech Fleece, the Swoosh’s rendition of a sports staple.
Before embarking on the task to re-imagine an entire sportswear category, designers at Nike Sportswear simplified their mission into three essentials – Fit, Feel, and

It was already a given that Jay-Z would be a guest feature on Justin Timberlake’s upcoming sequel to The 20/20 Experience, but the “Suit & Tie” crooner finally let the cat out of the bag: the other rapper to make the cut is Drake.
“Drake being so vocal about appreciating me as an artist and I appreciate him as an artist,” JT said when he dropped by Shade 45’s “Sway in the Morning.” “So when we met up in person, I said man we should do something at some point, it would be a travesty if we don’t.”
And while that conversation led to an official collaboration, a similar conversation with Kanye West has yet to yield the same results.
“I said that to Kanye a million times, as a matter of fact, I said it again at the awards,” he said. “I told him ‘I f— with you’ in a way you probably don’t even understand I get what you do and we’ve never worked together. So I don’t know that he fully understands what it is that I can do. As a matter of fact, Jay said the same thing. I hope something spawns out of that.”
Given that Justin and Yeezy had beef over his collab with Hov, it would seem that “something” is out of reach, but since they squashed their “beef” and the fact that the former N’SYNC frontman thought the “Blood On The Leaves” MC’s VMA performance was “beautiful.”
“He said the exact perfect thing, which was ‘Well, the best way I know how to do that is just for us to sit down and just play music and I said exactly,’” he said. “I love ‘Ye so I feel like I understand what he’s doing. I love Yeezus, I love the album. I think he’s ahead of a lot, especially in his genre. You have to at least listen and give him the benefit of the doubt because he’s earned that and I get it.”
Outside of a desire to work with the G.O.O.D. Music CEO, Justin talked about how writing for Beyoncé led to his collaborations with his Legends of the Summer tour partner and how much influence Michael Jackson had on his career.
“To even be mentioned in the shadow of the greatest of all time, it’s an honor,” he said. “When I was a kid, I used to run around the house singing Jackson 5 songs. What Michael did for performing in general. People fell in love with Michael because he did something to your blood when he performed on stage. So if you’re gonna give me the Michael Jackson Vanguard, I’m gonna take my opportunity.”
One quick gander at Twitter during the 2013 VMAs is proof that Justin took that opportunity and ran with it. His nearly 15-minute performance that covered his illustrious career was the highlight of the show.
“My two favorite things to do at a show is the make people go like ‘Damn!’ and to make people be like ‘you know what, I’m having fun’.”
